For large jobs and cleanouts, we offer a convenient pickup service. Simply request a quote and a member of our customer care team can provide you with a quote and schedule a pickup date and time at your convenience. If you are new to Scan a Box, we can even set up your account over the phone to ensure that you receive all the online benefits Scan a Box has to offer.
Once received at our secure facility, your boxes will be scanned, shredded and recorded. Even though it’s a pickup and you may not necessarily be using the official “Scan a Box” boxes, we will still scan them. Once they’ve been scanned, you will receive an email update with access to view and download your files, as well as the link to view your video and certificate of destruction. You can also track prior purchases/pickups and add notes to your orders so you can easily keep track of what was scanned and when.

Pick-up service is just $25 per half hour of travel time plus $25 per of labor to load the boxes at your facility.
